Decidedly a day to stay in and read a book. The temperature has been steady around 3 C all day, with strong winds making it feel much colder. A fair bit of rain and sleet mixed in makes for a thoroughly unpleasant day outdoors, but a delightful day for being inside looking out.
With only just over a day left in the month, it seems March saw the prospect of going above average in its temperature and took a dive back into negative territory.
