The temperature today hit 14.5 C which is the warmest it's been since last October (Hallowe'en, to be exact). We're supposed to get a few days of this, although looking beyond that it may get a bit cooler again.
The first daffodils in my back yard came out this week, which really must be about a full month behind what's been usual over the past few years.
The temperature still remains quite far below normal for April, but we would expect a warming trend as the month progresses, so that will probably change.
